Email reports automatically share your agent's most important insights and highlights via email on a weekly schedule. These reports help you get insights proactively and share actionable findings with stakeholders who may not regularly access the Lang.ai platform.

Each weekly email report contains:
Highlights report with key insights and recommendations
Top 5 categories with metrics and trend analysis
Ranking changes showing what's moving up or down in priority
Growth metrics indicating volume changes week-over-week
Reports contain the same insights you see on your agent's main dashboard, automatically delivered to stakeholders.
Setting Up Email Reports
Prerequisites
Email reports are only available for recurring agents
Email integration must be enabled by your Snowflake administrator. See setup instructions.
Only Snowflake email addresses can receive reports
Email addresses must be verified before receiving reports. Learn more here.
You must have access to the agent you want to set up reports for
Configuration Steps
Navigate to your agent and click on the email reports setup option
Toggle "Enable Email Reports" to activate the feature
Add Snowflake email addresses in the input field and click the "+" button
Click "Save" to activate email reports
Once configured, you'll see a confirmation that reports are active, and recipients will receive their first report the following Monday.
Email Validation
All email addresses must be verified before they can receive reports:
Unverified emails will show an "(Email not valid)" warning
Only verified Snowflake addresses will receive the weekly reports
Report Schedule
Reports are automatically sent weekly on Mondays
Reports cover data from the previous week period
No action is required once configured - reports send automatically
Reports pause automatically if the agent stops running
