You can automate your tickets tagging process with Lang.ai. This way you can focus on optimizing your automation, like assigning the tickets to the right teams depending on how it was automatically tagged.
Once you connect your Zendesk Support account with Lang.ai, you will be able to use your existing tags to classify your new tickets.
In Setup > Integrations, when the option Enable tickets tagging is active, your new tickets will be tagged based on the ones you have configured in your project. When this happens, you can leverage the power of Lang Automations, like assigning that ticket to a team or changing its priority.
