It takes less than two minutes to connect Zendesk to Lang.ai. Follow these three steps:

1. Log into your Lang.ai account as an admin user

2. Go to Admin > Integrations and click on "Add Integration"

3. Allow the integration to read data from your Salesforce instance

And that's it, you are ready to create your first project by importing your cases.
