The Intent induction phase is fully unsupervised. There is no industry ontology or language dictionary that is being used to improve the process.
Technically, the real time classifiers are self-supervised as they use the language representations discovered. The algorithm also uses external knowledge in an unsupervised way to automatically augment the Intents extracted.
